    Oh we were definitely missing a workout routine like this!!
    ▸ advanced exercises, that build a lot of strength
    ▸ we train our abs from all angles, booty, thighs, chest, upper & lower back, shoulders and arms
    ▸ nothing high intensity, no squats, no jumps, no high knees - only some very few mountain climbers for once hihi :)))
    ▸ ... but don't be fooled, this workout is still very intense!

    No Equipment necessary, no breaks and not much space needed :) If you need a break though - take it! Just don't quit!

        it's really important to contract your abs while doing that and do it very controlled, don't just swing your leg up but really move it consciously!

      when we do the side plank with leg circle, which muscle on the side of the leg is working? 'cause I can barely lift my leg, maybe you guys know which muscle it is so I can look up for more exercises to strengthen it. I think it's somewhere between my outher thight and hip? maybe it's the so-called "hip dip"? Thanks !
